6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India using trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post. Estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Courier partner issues
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Government restrictions or holidays

7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy on unused, unopened products. Please note:
- NO WARRANTY is provided on any products

- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges (except for our error)

All products are tested before shipping. However, we are not responsible for:

- Normal wear and tear

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
