⏰ DELIVERY TIME
We strive to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote / Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
⚠️ NOTE: Delivery times may vary during festivals, holidays, or unforeseen
circumstances like weather disruptions or courier delays. We'll keep you
updated via SMS/Email.

📍 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
• SMS with tracking link on your registered mobile number
• Email with tracking details and courier partner information
• You can also track your order from "My Account" → "Orders" section

🗺️ SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship across all states and union territories of India. We do not
offer international shipping at this time.
Serviceable Pincodes: 99% of Indian pincodes are serviceable. In case your
location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact
you within 24 hours to arrange an alternative.
🔄 UNDELIVERED / RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Recipient not available after multiple delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept the package
Re-shipping charges will apply: Customer will need to pay the actual
shipping cost again for re-dispatch. Please ensure your shipping address
is correct and complete.
📦 DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged product or find items missing from your package:
1. Please record an unboxing video (recommended)
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Share photos/video of the package and damaged item
4. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately

process claims faster.
