Clear, transparent, and fair refund policy for all our customers. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Warranty on Products
IMPORTANT: NO WARRANTY — Indian RC does NOT offer any warranty (1 month, 6 months, or 1 year) on any products sold through our website. All products are sold on an "AS IS" basis.
Refunds are only provided under specific conditions mentioned below. Please test your product immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.
2. 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted ONLY under the following conditions:
Valid Reasons for Return:
- Physically Damaged Product: Visible damage to the product or packaging upon delivery
- Wrong Product Shipped: Product received is different from what was ordered
- Missing Accessories: Essential parts or accessories missing from the package
- Defective on Arrival (DOA): Product does not work out of the box (unused condition)
Reasons NOT Accepted for Return:
- Change of mind or "no longer needed"
- Compatibility issues (please check specifications before buying)
- Product has been used, installed, or solder applied
- Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or electrical issues
- Return request made after 7 days of delivery
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Burn marks, short circuits, or water damage

4. Unboxing Video - MANDATORY
IMPORTANT: For all claims of damaged or defective products, an UNBOXING VIDEO is MANDATORY. Claims without video evidence will be rejected.
Video Requirements:
- Must be continuous without any cuts or pauses
- Show the sealed package before opening
- Show the product being taken out and inspected
- Clearly show any damage or defect
- Video must be uploaded within 48 hours of delivery
Pro Tip: Always record an unboxing video for every order. This protects you and helps us process claims faster.

- If return is due to OUR error (wrong product/damaged on arrival): We will bear the return shipping cost (up to ₹100)
- If return is for any other approved reason: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
- Original shipping charges paid at the time of order are NON-REFUNDABLE

7. Refund Timeline
- Product Inspection: 3-5 business days after receiving return
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Reflects in Account: 3-10 business days (depending on bank/payment method)
Refund Method: Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Missing accessories or parts (refund based on value of missing items)
- Product returned with minor packaging damage (refund reduced by applicable amount)
- Product shows minimal signs of use (refund reduced by restocking fee)
9. Order Cancellation Refund
- Within 12 hours of placing order: Full refund (no cancellation fee)
- After 12 hours but before dispatch: 90% refund (10% cancellation fee)
- After order is dispatched: No cancellation possible (follow return policy)

10. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for any refund:
- Products that have been used, installed, or solder applied
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products damaged by customer (mishandling, electrical issues, water damage)
- Products with missing original packaging or accessories
- Bulk/wholesale orders (special terms apply)
- Clearance or sale items (marked "Final Sale")
