How do I place an order on Indian RC?
Placing an order is easy! Browse our products, add items to cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping details, select payment method, and confirm order. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Net Banking (all major banks)
- Cash on Delivery (available for select locations)
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours or once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. For changes, contact us immediately at 7054542200.
How long does shipping take?
We deliver within 5-7 business days across India. Metro cities may receive earlier (3-5 days), while remote areas may take 7-10 days. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email once shipped.
What are the shipping charges?
- Below ₹499: ₹50
- ₹499 - ₹999: ₹40
- ₹999 - ₹1,499: ₹30
- Above ₹1,499: FREE Shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an SMS and Email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from "My Account" → "Orders" section on our website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on unused, unopened products. Returns are accepted for damaged products, wrong items shipped, or missing accessories. Note: No warranty on any products. Unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims.
How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days), refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount reflects in your account within 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
Are your products genuine?
Yes! We source all products directly from trusted manufacturers and authorized distributors. Every product is tested before shipping to ensure quality.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes! Our team is available to help with installation, troubleshooting, and product queries. Contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp during business hours (10 AM - 7 PM, Mon-Sat).

How do I create an account?
Click on "My Account" at the top of our website, then click "Register" or "Sign Up". Enter your name, email, and password to create an account. You can also sign up during checkout.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on "Lost your password?" on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
