All products are sold on an "AS IS" basis. Please read the following policy
carefully before making a purchase.

7-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy on all products under specific conditions.
Please read the terms carefully:
✅ CONDITIONS FOR RETURN (ALL MUST BE MET):
1. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date.
2. Product must be in UNUSED, UNOPENED, and ORIGINAL condition.
3. Product packaging must be intact with all original accessories, cables,
manuals, and boxes.
4. Return must be due to ONE of the following reasons:
- Physically damaged product received (visible damage)
- Wrong product shipped (different from what was ordered)
- Missing accessories or parts
- Defective on arrival (DOA) - product not working out of the box
❌ CONDITIONS WHERE RETURN WILL BE REJECTED:
1. Product has been used, installed, or solder applied
2. Packaging is damaged, torn, or missing
3. Missing original accessories or components
4. Return request made after 7 days of delivery
5. Damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, or electrical issues
6. Product shows signs of physical damage from customer handling
7. Burn marks, short circuits, or water damage on electronics
8. Return request without original invoice/packing slip

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

STEP 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Order number
• Product name/SKU
• Reason for return (attach photos/video)
• Date of delivery
STEP 3: After approval, pack the product securely in original packaging
STEP 4: Ship the product back to our address:

STEP 5: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your request
within 5-7 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

• If return is approved due to OUR error (wrong product/damaged on arrival):
→ We will bear the return shipping cost (up to ₹100)
• If return is for any other approved reason:
→ Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
• Original shipping charges paid at the time of order are NON-REFUNDABLE

REFUND PROCESS (NO WARRANTY)

Since there is NO WARRANTY on products, refund will only be provided in
the following scenarios:
1. Wrong product shipped → Full refund after product return inspection
2. Damaged on arrival → Full refund after product return inspection
3. Missing accessories → Partial refund for missing items
REFUND TIMELINE:
• After product inspection (3-5 business days)
• Refund will be processed via same payment method used for purchase
• Reflects in account within 5-10 business days (depending on bank)
NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED FOR:
• Used or installed products
• Returns initiated after 7 days
• Products damaged by customer
• Change of mind or "no longer needed"
• Compatibility issues (please check specifications before buying)
• Normal wear and tear

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL (DOA) - IMPORTANT

If you receive a product that is damaged or not working:
⚠️ IMPORTANT: You MUST record an UNBOXING VIDEO
• Video must be continuous without cuts
• Show the sealed package before opening
• Show the product being taken out and inspected
• Claims without video evidence will be rejected
Without unboxing video, we CANNOT process DOA claims.

NO WARRANTY - EXPLANATION

Indian RC does NOT offer any warranty (1 month, 6 months, or 1 year) on
any products sold. This includes but is not limited to:
• Amplifier boards
• Bluetooth modules
• Power supplies
• RC cars, drones, and components
• Speakers and accessories
• All electronic components
Why no warranty?
• All products are tested before shipping
• Electronic components can be damaged by improper handling/installation
• We cannot control usage conditions after delivery
Therefore, please:
✓ Test the product immediately upon arrival
✓ Ensure proper installation by a professional
✓ Check compatibility before purchasing
✓ Handle with care during use

REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer replacement ONLY in the following cases (within 7 days of delivery):
1. Wrong product received (same product replacement)
2. Damaged on arrival (same product replacement)
Replacement is subject to stock availability. If same product is not available,
refund will be provided instead.
No replacement for:
• Used or installed products
• Burned or short-circuited products
• Products damaged by customer
